segment of the Internet bar tied a lot of people's hearts, "after age, drink all want to put a few wolfberry goblet." Health is nothing to replace, the simplest truth is the most easily overlooked, work hard day and night desperate only in exchange for the body overdraft.

One-third of life time, are spent in sleep. During this one-third of the time, the human immune system detoxifies; the small intestine begins to absorb nutrients in large quantities; the cells accelerate metabolism and the skin becomes healthy. It can be said that sleep largely determines the health of one third of our lives. Sleep is so important, but most people's sleep quality is not satisfactory, the heavy work-life pressure, increasingly lead to disorders of work and rest, modern life threatens. Watch out for long-term sleep problems that make you a candidate for "overwork". Young people are the largest capital of young people, but also the most easily squandered, and only healthy body can hold up their dreams.

Mr. Nan Huaijin said: "If you can control people in the morning, you can control your life. If a person can not even get up early, what do you expect him to do on this day?"

A productive and productive morning will change you, bringing you closer to your dreams

I kind of knew all of that but I need to remind myself over and over how important is for me to go to bed earlier.
While working at the computer, it is so easy to stay up too long and I am doing that way too often...

Super, it looks like we will :-)

I think everyone has that problem with the computer and phone keeping them up. It's really important to get away from the computer and your phone. Not just for a few hours, but for two to three days. I backpack to specifically stay disconnected; backpacking rejuvenates my spirits.

I go camping, (of course not in winter) all by myself, no cell, nothing, except me and my dog.
