I hardly comment on steemit...however i couldn't stop but to agree with you and wish you all the best. Am in a similar situation, contemplating getting married to a lady from a different country. Family currently disapproves of such...you know how family can be jealously protective. Meanwhile i find solace in knowing that love conquers all things. Bravo to you

It is one of the most difficult things to do, leave family behind. I know the struggle all to well. I miss them very much, but it soothes the pain a little knowing it is so easy to keep in touch now a days. I am a huge advocate for following your heart and letting love be the guide. It may not be rational but I don't think love can ever really be rational.
