Episode one

“Is everything alright” Yaya asked.

“Elorm, get up. You have a phone call” She woke him up.

Elorm got up and noticed the call came from his mother. He immediately called back and his younger sister picked up the phone call.

“Hey Dzifa, What is it, Where is Mum” Elorm asked.

“We are at the central hospital, her situation got worse” Dzifa answered.

“Can I talk to her” Elorm asked.

Dzifa on the other hand tried handing the phone to her mother, but Elorm could hear shouting

“I won’t talk to him. He is the devil. Tell him to stay away from me.” Elorm’s mother shouted out to the hearing of him.

Elorm didn’t bother to hold on any longer, he went ahead and hanged up the phone call.

“Is everything alright” Yaya asked seeing how Elorm looked worried after he had hanged up the call.

“Look, don’t pretend you are the caring type yeah. Because this thing we have, ends right here in this room. Dress up and let’s get going.” Elorm said.

Yaya was stunned by Elorm’s words. She couldn’t believe what she just heard.

“What? She asked.

Elorm just took two bundle of money GHS 50 denomination and threw it at her on the bed.

“You think I’m a prostitute or what? What do you take me for” She got upset and began shouting at him.

“You can talk all you want or leave the money here, I don’t really care about that anyway. That will be your last time of seeing such an amount.”Elorm said.

“I will be waiting for you at the car park” Elorm said and left her in the room.

That was the surprise of her life, Elorm looked so gentle and romantic but now everything about him is so different. Yaya thought she had actually done something wrong. She had no option than meet Elorm at the car park as he had said.

Elorm however drove her from the hotel. It was indeed a long ride as they were very quiet on the way. Yaya was expecting Elorm to drive her home but to her surprise he didn’t even ask of the direction to her house.

“And where are we going if I may ask” Yaya asked.

“Taking you to where I found you” Elorm answered her.

The statement was enough to make Yaya feel that she had really made a very big mistake. She kept her mouth shut and harbored everything in her heart. Soon they arrived at the shopping mall where they met at first and without saying even a good bye, Elorm drove off.

Yaya felt like an object, a worthless one of course. She just watched Elorm as he drove away his expensive car. She had no option than to board a cab home.

That was her last time among the living. Out of careless driving on the part of the cab driver, they got involved in a terrible car accident that lead to her death, right on the spot!!!!!!!!!
