A friend of mine threw a small party yesterday and it was absolutely lit. Now, at the party i kept hearing the word love get tossed around and at some point i drifted into one of mental discussions with myself.

WHAT IS LOVE?
I MEAN REALLY... WHAT IS TRUE LOVE...
Now there is a place in the bible that actually defines love, or should i say the characteristics of love.
Before i share it let me say this. A lot of the time people confuse some emotions for love
- lust
- physical attraction
- fondness
Etc
But for me,
Love goes beyond emotions, it is a decision, a commitment. It is unconditional
Now to define love 1 Corinthians 13 vs 4-8
Love is patient and kind
Love is not jealous and does not brag
Love is not proud
Love is not rude
Love is not selfish
Love is not quick to anger
Love does not hold grudges
Love is always after the truth
Love never gives up on people
Love never stops trusting
Love never looses hope and never quits
LOVE NEVER ENDS
So the next time you say you love someone think about it. Do you really?
