    Focus on your approach anxiety and going out first of all. Attack that shit until you're confident and have brass balls. Going out for girls is more learning about yourself and simple human psychology then it is actually meeting the ladies (although that's a nice bonus too).

    It doesn't matter if you're introvert, you have to put yourself out there. Most guys who need dating advice are introverts but like I said practice makes perfect. Treat it as an experiment ;)
