I really can not remember what I did last year on NYE. For me it was just 'another day'.

I can remember what happened on New Years Day last year though, and it was definitely a night to remember.

In a relationship for just over 3 years, and I know that it has no direction or plans for the future, but is is comfortable and has been since day 1.

He has his own personal issues - ex wife (recent messy divorce), 1 child he wants access to but ex-wife does everything she can to ensure that he has no access - why do baby mother's do this?. Therefore, I am left with a man who's only drive is to get access to see his child, which means everything else comes 2nd and 3rd place, including any future plans with me.
Now you might think that the last line was me just being selfish, but selfish people do not hang around for 3 years for someone has no sign of planning a future with you.

I am not looking for sympathy.

I, on the other hand, don't have the same 'issues'. No ex husband, no child/children, I earn and spend my own money, never asked him for any financial help when I am in a rut. Its just me. No pressure. No demands. Nope, I am and have always been one of those women who, when in a relationship, will always wait for the man to decide on the direction of the relationship.

No, we don't live together, and No we have not made any plans to move in together. ( to have children)

Time is ticking. Its 4 hours til midnight - NYD. I am at home eating a Jamaican Pattie and online. He is out, Somewhere, but not here.

In actual fact, I do know what I did last years NYE - I was at home on my own.

I'm looking forward though. 2018 is my Year of Change (YoC2018)!
