If you want to make your life count, you must first be sincere with yourself before you can be sincere with others. imagine if you still lie to yourself, it simply means you will still tell lies to others. And out of carelessness people would say things they ordinarily didn't know could implicate them.

You must be extremely careful with what you reveal about yourself most especially if they are not true, because posterity will always reveal the real truth behind every ingenuity. Is just matter of time.
Don't try to gain peoples' trust in order for them to like by always telling false story. when nemesis catches up with you, you will be shamed for life and be hated by those who you have earned their trust.

life of insincerity is the worst of all social risk anyone could imagine. Because it hurts more than a knife's blade piercing your skin. You don't claim to love someone and still keep telling them lies about yourself or throwing blands to cover their eyes while you maneuver or manipulate them. one day, it will be all over and the end will be very sorrowful and shameful.
Hurting people, really hurt them. But in order to live a fulfilled life, just adopt these two principles of life: THE GOLDEN RULE------ "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT THEM DO UNTO YOU" and the PLATINUM RULE------- treat others the way they wish you should treat them.
