Love is the reason why you'd help a beggar and become a good Samaritan to a stranger.
Love is the reason why you both said yes I do, on that alter of oath to seal a deal before God and man
Love is the reason for that stomach bump, and the reason why a life was pushed through nine months after.
Love is the reason why I am reaching out to you.

We've created a world where all we see is hatred, war, envy, and hurt.
A world where selfishness superceed the true essence of love.
A world where trade by barter sounds best for everyone in search of their own selfish benefits.
A world where ignorance of the word and the revelation to the truth has caused an upset in the belly of the Almighty.
A daily dive into the ocean of John three verse sixteen, reminded me of what Agape love represent and how it should be felt among brothers and sisters, uncles and aunties, father's and mother's, husband and wife, among each and everyone of us still breathing. But here we are, a slave to our own flesh, even when love is been conveyed, taught, shown on social medias, networks, and down to our TV screens, yet we let it float like a plastic rather than sink like a stone.

This questions on true love search, has become a maggot eating us alive and a research that cuts deep like a knife.
The result of the X-ray carried out has not failed to display our fractured emotions and bruises, due to our broken homes and shattered relationships.

This makes me what to ask this questions...
If I was conceived out of love making, why turn it to a chain of slavery and hardship?
Why make it an equation with no findings?
Why make it a journey without a bearing?
Why stigmatise an impregnated and a raped girl for being raped?
Why?

Love is for all; free and given to us by God.
Why have we made it a curse before His own eyes?
Why do we have many broken homes than broken mirror?
Why do we discriminate against our dark and white skin, and can't do the same with the colour of blood that flow in us?
Why is our father out there romancing with another woman?
Why is mother finding joy in the arms of the guy next door?
Why has rape become an issue treated with less concern, and leaving the innocent with an opened rotten sore?
Why... Why... Why?
As I implore you to ask the same question bothering me and finding answers to all.

I don't want to wake up tomorrow to find my kids asking this same question about love.
Let's embrace one another and spread the good news of love.
Love is real, and it is in everyone's heart.
It is meant to be enjoyed and not to be endured if it inflict pains.
When love becomes a question in pain, then there's every reason to restrain.
