In the Netherlands we are not used to celebrating this kind of days. Valentine's Day, Helloween and so on.

All those docile men pull everything out of the closet to comfort their ladies.

And of course, as accommodating as most men are, they do well what is required of them.

And, o woe, if you dare to say something, then you are a hater, a cold sack and a negative.

But that does not matter to me. I am for romance. Do nice things with your partner. Letting each other know that you love each other.

In addition, women also want to be surprised! I have always learned that. And how predictable is it to play the romantic knight on fixed days?

No, I think you should surprise each other at any time during a year. With what does not matter. As long as it shows that you love each other.
