When you google the word “Love” it gives you the following: an intense feeling of deep affection.
But It’s so much more to the word than just deep affection for someone or something. Being that it’s February the month of Love, I decided to give you guys an insight on what Love is and also some scientific mechanics behind what love is and what it can do for you as a human being. Love and being “In Love” is a great feeling you just must know how to contain it and how to use it for the best results for you.
LOVE & YOUR BRAIN!
It can be said conclusively that love is one of the most delightful feelings of our lives. It is quite true about the saying “love is blind” because you never know when your brain will encounter love. A significant number of chemical reactions are involved in instigating lust, attraction, attachment, and love between couples. Scientists described both the male and female minds are equally high as if they had taken cocaine or somewhat similar drug! Dopamine is a natural stimulant providing you with ecstasy. Oxytocin, also known as “the cuddle hormone,” is one of the most powerful hormones released by men and women, especially during orgasm. Oxytocin (OT) formulates the depth of love and forges the attachment to the partner. The things were found out by the studies and research based on sexual activities between a couple and the outcome of their interactions. The more a couple opts for sex, the more substantial the bond of attachment is. OT plays a key role in affiliation and attachments in humans.
LOVE & LIFE.
In Life you will encounter Love one way or another, rather it be unconditional or direct. As a child love is given to you through nurturing from your parent or guardian. You end up giving this same love that you received, to someone who is your significant other female or male and they give it to you in return. People learn to love and they learn to hate, no feeling is just from happenstance. Humans learn and work by two things; Reciprocation and Repetition. We learn in school from repeated ideas and noticing patterns in the lines of work in which we must know to pass a test or advance to the next stage. Reciprocation comes in when you see what someone gives you, you must give back in order to receive that same thing again and again. It’s a simple process but this is how the world works. Love (among other things) thrives off of this concept. Whether your love is for your dog, family, boyfriend/girlfriend, or even in some extreme cases and inanimate object. People with personality disorders also find love and this could be a recipe for destruction. Like i said once before if the feelings are not mutual and reciprocated then things can get drastic. A great example is the movie "Fatal Attraction" where someone is constantly stalking him after a one time fling. This just an example of the dark turn that love cant take if emotions and signs are take in the wrong way. In this scenario it's about perception and someone getting "head over hills" a bit to fast.
CONCLUSION ON LOVE
Love is something beautiful. The chemical reactions that take place and the coincidental events that lead to individuals falling in love is truly a blessing and a wonderful thing. We never know when cupid will shoot us with his arrow, we just set up situations and hope that the person we are trying to move forward with isn't making us look like a fool. When in love or falling in love we just hope that nothing happens to the other person, this is why we are heavily emotional when a dog or a family member dies or succumbs to illnesses. So in this month of hearts and love, spread the love and show people that love isn't just sexual. But unconditional and people from all walks of life experience it. Love doesn't discriminate neither does it care about time or the tests of reality. So for anyone who has loved ones who are here and your not on speaking terms or even if you have deceased loved ones, VISIT THAT GRAVE SITE,CALL THAT NUMBER YOU HAVEN'T CALLED IN A WHILE AND SPREAD LOVE AND AFFECTION. WHY? BECAUSE LOVE AND AFFECTION GOES A LONG WAY.
