Psychologist has been able to prove that people who are it's true that people who feel inadequate, insecure, or overly dependent tend to be more jealous than others. Feelings of jealousy are normal in a relationship. But it’s how we act on it that counts.
Jealousy can make relationship become so twitted. Some people, for no good reason, become consumed by it, undermining their self-esteem, and even going ahead to submit their partner into another's arms—the very outcome they had feared. In the worst cases, they become violent.

Being jealous most times is not caused or influenced by your partner but rather it is a mood disorder that need to be addressed fast. If your spouse is demonstrating the act of jealousy, Respond to him or her by reassuring your partner of your love. Research has shown that those who respond to partners’ jealousy by reassuring them of their interest and attraction tend to have more stable relationships.
HOW TO AVOID BEING JEALOUS.
- If you are experiencing jealousy, talk about it with your partner. Fine a perfect condition to talk to your partner calming and show him that he has nothing to fear. These communication strategies are most likely to bring out positive responses in your partner. Also this will prevent your partner from being confused by your jealous behavior.
- Work on your self esteem. Boost your confidence in your self
- Don’t look for what is not missing. Avoid situations that are likely to arouse false suspicions. Going through your partner’s Facebook, mails, cloths etc. Will just make little and irrelevant things get you angry.
