I just love the animals in my life and are blessed with the one I have but also the once I had.
Like my Elvis... My greatest memory and he still makes me smile just thinking of him 😊
we had a special connection and everytime I kissed him he did that thing with his tounge lol

Not anymore. I grew up on a farm, so I had lots of pets, but that was a long time ago. My job for the last 20 or so years has meant that I'm away from home almost every week, so it would be too hard to have any pets. Maybe when I retire, I can get another dog. Cheers, have a great weekend!

I totally understand why you can't have pets today when you work that much.
I work full time but I have a good neighbor who goes out with Bobby once a day, that helps. She is a sweatheart.
But I am always just away for 8-9 hours a day, then I'm home.

Lovely pets..I have a cat and a dog they get pretty much good along. The dog came as a puppy after I already had the cat , and now he's acting like the cat when he cleans him self, by licking his paws in order to clean his face. ☺ Pets are bringing more life into a household, that's for sure.

Yes they are the cutest. I know that feeling well. My little Bobby is very small and Elvis my cat was bigger. Bobby followed him around and was sitting next to him looking the same and he still thinks his a cat 😁😁 crazy how it can be.

I’m an animal lover too, but I had a dog many years ago who we eventually had to put down due to cancer and it was so traumatic for me I don’t know if I could go through that heartbreak again!! I love having them in my life but when my Elvis got sick one day and almost had to be put down the next I honestly didn't know if I ever would be able to be myself, he was such a Big part of my life and my heart, followed me everywhere.
But even if I still miss him I cherish the moments we had and I'm so blessed with the 15 years I had with him so for me pets are my life and can't imagine not having any 🤗
