It can be very challenging to stick to low carb diet especially when you are planning to lose weight.
Larger percentage of the world population naturally prefer a meal rich in carbs to a diet of little or no carbs due to their personal daily cravings.
At some point I believe it pays to cut off or reduce carbs saturated meals and go for a more fruits and veggies-rich meals with lean protein to keep the body in good shape.
