1. Program Support Officer - TATTs Program

The TATTs Program Support Officer (junior level) position will be based in Jakarta and work under the supervision of the TATTs Operations Coordinator. The Program Support Officer will work closely with the Mercy Corps Indonesia Operations and Procurement Units. The Program Support Officer will be responsible for a range of logistics and administrative tasks to support the TATTs program with the processing of the procurement needs, such as purchase requests and any other requisitions related to goods, service and works.. S/he will prepare financial reports related to direct purchase and services as well as assisting with event preparation (workshops, seminars, meetings) for Jakarta and the provincial offices including drafting of internal minutes and notes of meetings.

  • Qualifications:

· Entry level position with minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Administrative/ secretarial experience is a plus;

· The candidate must have strong communication skill, document/ report writing, very good understanding and skills of English speaking and writing, as well as Bahasa Indonesia and accounting background;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer program is a must;

· Effective time management and organization skills including priority setting and responding to program needs;

· Effective interpersonal communication skills including: Problem-solving skills, being proactive and taking initiative.

2. Program Administrative Assistant (2 positions) - TATTs Program

The TATTs Program Administrative Assistant position will be based in Jakarta under the supervision of the TATTs Operations Coordinator. The position will work closely with the Mercy Corps Indonesia (MCI) Finance, MEL Junior Officer and Government Liaison Specialist. The Program Administrative Assistant will be responsible for BAST report preparation and VAT exemption processing, program team advance requests and tasks to support the TATTs program with a focus on the collection, organization, and management of program activity documentation, and supporting administrative tasks relating to Jakarta’s support of field operations.

The position as Program Administrative Assistant will be hired for 3 months contract with possibility to be extended.

  • Qualifications:

· Entry level position with 2 years of experience is required. Financial experience is a must;

· The candidate must have good communication skill, document/ report writing, adequate understanding and skills of English speaking and writing, as well as Bahasa Indonesia and finance background;

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer program is a must;

· Effective time management and organization skills including priority setting and responding to program needs.

· Effective interpersonal communication skills including: Problem-solving skills, being proactive and taking initiative.
