Are you familiar with Digital Currencies? They are also currencies but used in a digital way to allow instantaneous transactions. 

Some digital currencies you already are aware of comes in the form of cellular loads, coins you are using in your games, and many more.

To be specific, I am talking about Cryptocurrencies, they are also digital currencies but is using the blockchain technology which allows it to be transparent, secured, immutable, decentralized and allows scalability.

Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, most famous and the most expensive one. LoyalCoin is the same as bitcoin, though even cheaper in price, this is a cryptocurrency that originated from the Philippines which addresses the problem about Loyalty Rewards which cost us billions of dollars every year for the unclaimed, lost, or expired. 

Here I’m gonna tell you some of the reasons why LoyalCoin is necessary for every Filipino to be aware of. Not because of it’s value(underrated) but because of the things that their changing, giving us better future ahead of us.

Philippines is a developing country, education about blockchain is not a priority, everybody doubts about this technology because this “Crypto thing” started as a medium for scams and Ponzi schemes luring many Filipinos  which made it really hard to start using this kind of technology and bring adaptation because everybody seems to have zero idea or bad impression about this.

Cryptocurrencies is an asset class considered as cash or currency. It is traded against other currencies like USD,EUR,PHP, etc. and as well as other cryptocurrencies like bitcoin,ethereum,ripple, etc..

Being said, when you start to have your own cryptocurrency, you now have access with the global crypto market which would make you a trader(simple buy and sell). Great right? That would come with minimum fees unlike the stock market that you need to pay your broker every time you call for a trade.

Jobs; There are a lot of job opportunities in the cryptosphere. Starting with the more technological side which covers Developers, Engineers, Computer Scientists, and many more. Up to the non-tech jobs like Marketing Professionals, Community Managers, Managers, Writers, and many more.

Getting involved in this space would open a lot of opportunities to my fellow Filipinos to show their talent and get compensated right or maybe more.
