Illustrator takes LSD before spending NINE HOURS drawing a series of increasingly-abstract self-portraits to demonstrate the drug's effect on her brain.

lsd known as acid, is a psychedelic drug known for its psychological effects. This may include altered awareness of the surroundings, perceptions, and feelings as well as sensations and images that seem real though they are not. It is used mainly as a recreational drug and for spiritual reasons.

Creativity is such a difficult thing to come by, most artists you speak to struggle immensely with it. inspiration only hits when it wants to and it depends a lot in what state of mind the creator currently is in. You can even be most creative at your worst times because it's emotion represented through art but it's the motivation to actually create that piece of art which is difficult. I've found that through the use of psychedelics (haven't used LSD) but namely magic mushrooms/shrooms it opens your mind to a broader way of thinking which allows the artistic passion to flow more easily, during the mushroom trip and for quite some time after (a couple days). Now you cant go eating mushrooms all the time but it can help. But take Psychedelics with CAUTION. They have a lot of good potential but they also allow you to experience deep inner emotions which you have to be ready for.

I absolutely agree with you
