Litecoin Doing Great Right now!

Litecoin is doing great right now. But don't be too hasty to think that Litecoin will absolutely fly to the moon on Monday.

Think about it:

• Coinbase hosts LTC and has over 7,900,000 users.
• Bitstamp doesn't have nearly as many users registered on the website.
• It will depend on the demand of Litecoin on Bitstamp as well.
• Price hikes are more or less half of having to do with the generated hype and marketing, not necessarily being introduced into another exchange.
• To reiterate, generated hype and/or marketing alone can do astounding things to price jumps. Just look at the mining graphics cards.
  -----Without ethereum mining specifically and the generated hype surrounding mining rigs and easy money, there would be no price
  jump for them. What do you think will happen to the price of gpus when they announce the exact date for PoS on Ethereum? Or when Intel and AMD make gpus specifically for mining? The demand for todays gpus will go down, and the gpus specific for mining will increase.
  Will you then mine something else, or sell your gpus that weren't specific for mining for a far cheaper price?
• Think long term

Again, these are things to consider. Don't take them as absolute.

On the bright side, Charlie Lee being full time with Litecoin now will perhaps bring many, many great things to the currency.
