Chicken Schnitzel Burger
A good chicken schnitzel burger or sandwich has always been one of my go to lunches, I think it is hard to beat. I tend to keep it simple, only usually adding lettuce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. On occasion I will add beetroot and cheese to the mix as well, but that is it. Today's burger was kept simple.
Nothing too fancy here, but it still tastes great, almost had two. In the past I would have had two, but I am in the process of loosing some weight. I know chicken schnitzel probably not the best choice. I did only have one. :)
Good choice for lunch. Quick and simple is always the best combination.
