Went for my usual stroll today, a good walk never hurts anybody. As I walked by the nearby park, I suddenly had cravings for some Wan Tan Mee, then I suddenly remembered the Wan Tan Mee stall that I use to frequent at Restaurant 66, and how I’ve not been there for a long while. I took a different route, in hopes to be able to return sooner to solve my cravings and speed walked all the way back home!
Naturally, after I went back for my usual post-walk shower, I called out some friends and we made the plan to go have ourselves some Wan Tan Mee. We reached around 2pm, and what use to be a really busy stall turned out to be relatively empty this time.
After 10 minutes of waiting for our food after ordering, we found out why the crowd has subsided at the stall. The food quality really has deteriorated after this long while, the noodles were dry, the quantity they served was nothing special, and the service was bad. It was almost unbelievable how much things have changed over the course of only 1 year.
Overall, would not recommend this place unless they do some major changes!
