This can be very strange to see your next Lyft car without a driver but it seems to be coming true as Lyft adds 30 autonomous cars to its fleet in Las Vegas. Both Ride-hailing service competitors, Lyft and Uber have been trying their best to add self-driving vehicle technology.
Recently, Uber has faced a few problems in the self-driving vehicle field when fatal collision was reported involving an autonomous Uber. As compared to uber, Lyft has still been going strong. For this driverless technology, Lyft is working with autonomous car tech company Aptiv which also worked with Lyft at CES.

According to Aptiv CEO Kevin Clark, soon a wide range of consumers will be able to share the experience of autonomous vehicles in a complex urban environment. With the Lyft, this has already begun and if you are in Las Vegas, you might just get lucky with your next Lyft ride.
