Ok finally I fixed my machine :)

Now the specs of my machine is that:
AMD 3600x as CPU
AMD RX 580 as graphics card
8 * 2 DDR4 2400MHZ as RAM(few...)
I see if I upgrade the RAM to 24 or 32
