What is machine learning?

Hey andrew. Thank you for the support!
Currently most used programming languages for machine learning are R and python.
Python being easier for a beginner to grasp, language is highly abstracted and user
does not need to know about implementations of functions used under the hub
and still get the job done.
And R is a workhorse for statistical analysis and by extension machine learning. Much talk is given to the learning curve, I didn’t really see the problem.
