干物は皮が下。と怒られてしまった奥様からのご質問。ホッケなどの干物は鱗や皮を食べない事が多い為、皮が下（食べる食べないは好みです）に盛り付けられるよう。見た目や、パリパリの皮が味わいたい時は皮上がオススメ
