The last week of fall when I was back in the states. I saw this guy making a web on the deck. He let me get in pretty close for pictures. Probably one of the biggest Barn spiders I've seen in a long time. There isn't much to talk about with these guys, just normal orb weavers. Although watching them catch boxelder bugs is pretty amazing.
