French president explained during the G20 in Hamburg that the biggest africans problem is that woman has still 7-8 children

During the last G20 the President of France, Macron has explained that the main problem of Africa is that a woman has still 7-8 children and this is a big problem, firstly demographic and then for evolution. In this way , having so many children, there is a never ending story to solve the problem and it is useless to spend billions of EURO about that.

In my opinion there are bigger problems, firstly that we European have been looting the Africans resources for centuries and still multinational company are good success after the colonies in doing that.

On the other side, our European or also US community is practically not growing, having problem not with 7-8 children per family, but losing also the meaning of family, having no children, or maybe 1, too often spoiled and without any memory that just 50 years ago, also in Europe the family was made by 4-5 children and no one has made big deal of that.

So, due to my age, I will probably not see the final development, but I am sure that speaking this non sense in Hamburg, Germany, instead of investing in Africa on social bases, starting to repair big issues still open from colonial age and preventing Us, Europe and in last decades also China to colonize economically the Africa continent, would be smarter for a new elected European state figure, but in this way for sure new and new waves of African immigrants will come to Europe and especially France asking questions (starting from water, job, social security) which France was not able to answer directly in Africa....
