Grasshoppers live in fields, pastures and almost anywhere they can find plenty of food to eat.

A grasshopper has a hard shell and a grasshopper that grows full about an inch and a half, so tiny you would not think they would eat much - but you would be wrong - they eat lots and lots - the average grasshopper can eat 16 times of its own time.

Favorite grasshopper is grass, leaves and cereal plants. One of the grasshoppers - the Shorthorn locust only eats the plants, but can rage and eat every visible plant - making you walk where they put it all.
