The Hugging Stigmas from a Peculiar Shrub

This photo was taken at our Front Yard. I've seen this plant since I was a kid yet I was still not able to know its name. It's leaves were of green mottled with Ivory white. The most fascinating thing is that it's just this recently that I noticed it bloomed a tiny red flower.
I decided to take a pic of it and if any of you guys know its name, please comment below 😊 .
