Hello friends,
I came across this flower a while back on my travels. I couldn't help, but be captivated by the vivid Pink hues and a petal arrangement. The way they projected outwards reaching for the light to find beauty within gave me hope of a new tomorrow.
This photo was taken on the Macro settings of my camera with the Black and White background being post processed in GIMP, the open source photo manipulation program.

Because I wanted to contribute to the tag on behalf of Steemit photographers. Steemit is a general tag. If you look at the tag it's not exclusive purely Steemit news, but those who want to contribute to the Steemit community. Also, there is no rule saying I can't or that this is against the rules of the tag.
Perhaps you need to think of ways to contribute more the Steemit community. I feel this does that through my art and brief explanation. If this post inspires anyone on "Steemit" than it's doing it's job.
