BEAUTIFUL BLUEBERRY BLOSSOMS

in macrophotography •  6 years ago

Who would guess that so much tastiness could come from these little flowers?

Yes, one of the main reasons that @papa-pepper loves nature is that you can eat a lot of it! LOL. Truth be told, I would not be have as interested in gardening as I am if it wasn't for the delicious ROI that you get come harvest time. As I walked past these blueberry bushes recently and noticed all the blooming flowers, I couldn't help but appreciate the fruit that will follow. Often, in the garden, the whole process is amazing and beautiful. Enjoy the photos!

A "TASTE" OF WHAT'S TO COME

As always, I'm @papa-pepper and here's the proof:

Hopefully this blueberry plant will be a lot of results for you

Thank you my friend! I hope so too!

Do not forget the fruit will be in for a little bit with the neighbors, so there will be more fruit.

Wow amazing photography i appreciate your flowers thanks for sharing this food..Best of luck..

Sweet, juicy blueberries are abundant in the summer, and whether you prefer them baked into a pie, plopped into an icy drink or just on their own, the fruit is easily one of the most versatile...
There are two types of blueberries, highbush and lowbush. Highbush blueberries are the types you commonly find at grocery stores and farmers markets.
Lowbush blueberries are smaller, sweeter blueberries often used for processing into juices, jams, blueberry muffin mixes and so on. Blueberries freeze in just 4 minutes.

Blueberries, strawberries and blackberries are true super foods.
One of the gift that nature has given us, they really taste good, I remember when I was a child I used to go to the abandoned houses in my locality where there were a lot of blueberry trees, I used to eat them, the blue ones were sour and red ones were sweet, I still miss those days.

Beautiful looking this macro photography, I appreciate this nature and beauty.
best of luck my dear friend... upvote and resteemit.

proof of blue berry blossoms. Yeah sure it has been proven without a doubt. Ha ha

We love blueberries here, but we pick the lowbush type, less sugar and much more flavor and nutrition. But all blueberries are great!

Nice post, looking forward for more. Most people nowadays dont realize how precious nature is and benefits of it. Many wonder why our health declines even tho we made huge technological progress etc. I think the answer is that because in process we turned away from nature and put more trust into chemistry which may cause more harm than good. Cheers !

They are really beautiful @papa-pepper. Happy Sunday bro

These blueberry flowers look very beautiful. Hopefully everything will be a very delicious blueberry fruit. I've tried to plant this tree in front of the house. But fail to grow, maybe the climate is too hot. May always be successful for you @papa-pepper.

Blueberries are very sensitive to the PH of your soil - if it is not acidic enough, they just will not grow. They also do not like having wet feet and tend to grow in sandy, sunny areas. If you have an acidic sandy sunny area, they will love it.

Thanks for the information. You have given me a new science. I will check the acidic content of the soil that I will use. Thank you very much @lturner.

You're very welcome! Our soil is often very alkaline, so I actually add acid to the soil, including using pine needles as a mulch which the bushes enjoy.

nice your macrophotography post

Beautiful photographs;)

Truly, nature never ceases to amaze us with such majesty and diversity of flora and fauna ...

Hopefully human beings do not learn late to value all that God and life gave us.

Greetings.

Nice photos, @papa-pepper! Blueberries are a personal favourite. Just eating them straight off the bush is like eating a slice of heaven!

Beautiful flowers, beautiful pictures. Did you also say that the fruit taste delicious? Wow, what a perfect plant to have in a garden

They are good to eat and free of chemicals.

We're hoping our baby blueberries survived the winter! Happy to see flowers on yours and yep, one of the best things about nature is starting to understand how to eat/use/work with it. Otherwise it's just the stuff out the window. How boring. :D

nature is perfect! God created things to keep us healthy and alive, unfortunately we have dedicated ourselves to ruining everything, for example, we live polluting seas and rivers, without knowing the damage we do to marine life, I live on the coast and eat freshly caught fish is a wonder, likewise those of us lucky enough to have small fields, we have the luck to sow and harvest many things, I love fruit, especially citrus, in the field of my grandparents I was dedicated to help with planting and harvesting oranges, Of course with the idea of making me delicious juices later, the same with lemons, the lemonade for me with the lemonade straight from the bush has a totally different flavor, is fresh and with a deeper flavor, in short, love nature as much as God loved us to give it to us, since she not only purifies the oxygen, gives us fruits full of vitamins and gives us beauty with her flowers, we could give a series of benefits, which would be perfect for one or more post, greetings friend, I appreciate your love ´por nature, excuse my mistakes in English use translator use

Nature looks very good to me, flowers are very beautiful and you can take very good photos @papa-pepper please give me!$$$$

This is probably not a good way to entice @papa-pepper to give to you...Steemians tend to reward interesting interaction with results more than begging. Even good and interesting posts take a while to get rewarded as you have to build some esteem to raise Steem.

Whoa Nellie. Thank you!

A "taste" of what's to come indeed! Excited for the fruits to follow after these beautiful flowers, @papa-pepper!

LOL - I'm glad to hear that you liked that part!

Love those, they'll get even nice color soon! Everything is so nicer and much more alive now in Spring :)

Wild blueberries are one of my favourites, especially in blueberry pie. We have a few more months before we'll be seeing any of those in my area. I think they show up in August around here. We missed them last year. I'll have to keep closer watch this year.

I agree with your opinion and the photos are very good @papa-pepper

There is no better gift than the food of nature and it is a myth but the food that one harvests tastes better than the one you buy in a supermarket that beautiful photos I hope you have a happy family Sunday a hug for you

Mmmm delicious, and beautiful :) My 3 year old loves blueberries. And gherkins, lol.

Bet you can't wait for these to fruit. We only have the low bush kind here. They take forever to pick...but they're soooo good.
