Sambong Flowers Macrophotography

This is called "halilib-on" in our hometown.

My father used to asked me to get the leaves of the sambong plants. He asked me to boil the leaves and used as tea. He was diagnosed before to have some kidney problems, so he always boiled sambong leaves almost everyday. But back then we don't have one in our backyard, so I went and asked our neighbor if I can get some leaves of their sambong plants. Good to have a very nice neighbor who have patience to give us.

Today, I have this plant on my backyard. And reminds me of my father and my childhood.
It makes me smile that looking at this plant full of memories will comeback.
