Most of the people went to far places to explore, and some times forget those beautiful places near them. I would say, im one of them some times. I lived in Mactan Lapu-apu City. But i want to travel other places. But this time i choose to be here. Presenting the Mactan Shrine. And Yes this is the place where Datu lapu-lapu fought Magellan to death. He is also The first filipino hero.

As you enter the gate you will see this area. This is where you can put a mat for picnic. We used to do it. We will prepared food at the house and brought it in shrine. We will ate. PICNIC time!!!!
