WORKING MACHINE ON YOUNG WILKS MAFII PRUSZKOWSKA NR. 2. Let's go back to 1985-1990. I was a teenager from a poor home who often saw gangsters. They terrified me but at the same time they impressed me very much. In the part of our estate there was an iron boat dug into the ground where we met our buddies every day. There were benches in the boat and we always sat there with a large packet. I remember one summer in particular. When we sat in our boat from our bustle there was a deathly silence. Before us passed a man who in my opinion looked like a powerful, dangerous gladiator. One of our older buddies said good evening to Mr. Jarek. When Jarek answered a good evening, then our whole package answered the evening, expressing her respect. Jarek smiling, he said, the children are taking care of the exercises and not just sitting in this boat! The answer from our side was unambiguous! Well, Mr. Jarek, we'll start practicing. He wore a shirt for straps, his back was like a two-door wardrobe and his biceps exceeded 50 cm. In those days, I and most of my colleagues did not see such a built-up guy with their own eyes, we were very impressed.
Since then, the most common topic was Jarek. I was around 15-16 then. Our whole package took Jarek's words to heart to the point that almost everyone signed up for the gym because each of us wanted to look like him, everyone felt respect. From the accounts of older colleagues, I learned that Jarek was Jarosław S. o ps Mass, who married Elżbieta T., a girl from our neighborhood and lived with her. I personally loved sports from an early age, I started practicing judo as a 12-year-old and later changed my discipline to karate. However, from the moment when I saw muscular Jarek, I found that my karate would not help me if there was such a giant on my way. I limited my karate training and started to practice at the gym. In the beginning everyone was delighted with him that he is so big, strong and we were proud that we have our strong leader in respect of which everybody felt respect. The mass initially worked as a mechanic until he was recruited by Wojciech K. ps. Sausage. Among our pack, Kiełbasa had the opinions of a croaker, a good thief, a great driver and we also started to admire him when he created an inseparable duo with Masa. At the same time, we perceived Mass as the bodyguard of Kiełbasa. On the estate, the news spread that both of them began to protect a businessman from Warsaw, Wojtek P. Chlopaki, began to prosper and it was seen from month to month, they began to dress and drive better and better cars. Returning to Pruszków before 1990, the city was in terrible chaos. Pruszków was divided into three districts, our housing estate Kopernika, Osiedle Staszica (which we called Nowa Wieś) and Żbików. All these districts hated each other.
There were regular fights and fights about just about anything! It was so dangerous that we did not go alone to the competitive districts because it was possible to be beaten up under any pretext. Other people did not venture into our districts because they were mainly afraid of the Mass and Sausages. Our annual tradition was to meet on a Christmas Eve day near the church. All our housing was set up there, of course everyone drank alcohol. It was the only chance to put a hand to Masie and Kiełbasa by Christmas wishes, and believe me, it was not a small queue. On one of these shepherds lacked our two famous leaders. During the alcoholic binge, a band of almost a hundred people attacked by the church attacked us with sticks that had previously been ravaged in a nearby park. We barely managed to escape but some of our older colleagues were beaten so that they landed in the hospital. Raccoons came from the nearest police station, including meals from other units, then militia, the band escaped. The next day it turned out that we were attacked by two competing districts of Nowa Wieś and Żbików. They joined forces to invade our estate, supposedly because our older boys beat somebody from them. After these events, Masa and Kiełbasa returned to Pruszków and were terribly pissed off at the incident. how they laughed at us!
They organized a collection just near our boat to repay our enemies. Two of my older buddies took part in retaliation against hostile districts and were part of a team of nearly 50 people with bejsbole. The team was commanded by Masa and Kiełbasa. Some boys got some of our tormentors and beat them for what they did. After a week they made a correction, but the effect was the same, it still failed to get the leaders who commanded competitive districts during the unlucky cowpower. Masa and Kiełbasa told everyone that when they catch them they will take them to
forest and bury it there. Our enemies got scared seriously and the leaders from the enemy districts were hiding for a long time.
They did not try to re-attack in a senseless fight for offended honor, ego and "damn know" what else. One day, Masa and Kiełbasa caught one of the leaders of the hostile district. They took him to the forest and told him to dig a grave. He was beaten and terrified. They told him that if he would raise his hand again for the boys from our estate, he would stay in this grave forever. After this event, there were no major quarrels between the districts of Pruszków, such with the participation of several dozen people. There were smaller controversies but not on such a scale. Mass and Sausage gained our respect to the point that we talked about them as our heroes, who like lions defended our territory. Such actions motivated us only to exercise in the gym, to develop our muscle mass because each of us wanted to be like them. Conclusions between the above districts ended at the turn of 1990/91, when I was 18-19. At that time Pruszków recidivists associated with the legendary band Barabasz, who had numerous thefts, robberies and robberies, left the prison. All the inhabitants of Pruszków were afraid of them because they knew what things they had on their conscience.
Banda (Barabasza) in the 80's. she attacked people and robbed them of life's achievements, sowing fear among well-off people. In the nineties, the amnesty for convicts, which was announced by the then President Lech W., helped them leave the prisons earlier.
The favorite meeting place of the above mentioned men was a square with a fountain in front of my block. They did not inspire confidence, most of them were "a piece of peasant", they had numerous purple tattoos, a dozen scarves and loins, and golden chains hung on their necks. People avoided them with a wide arc, including the police in chaos after the transformation of the militia. In the company of the above-mentioned gentlemen, there were leaders of the younger generation of Mass and Sausage but everyone knew that they occupied a lower position in this team. A new formation was formed in Pruszków, which everyone called mafia.
