It would seem to me you can fight both. Given the evidence laid out in the Judicial Watch video update, I would suggest that your comment is a good example of "Straw Man", unless you have something more to counter with.
Judicial Watch is anything but a neutral source. They favor purging voter lists, a tactic favored by von Spakovsky, Kobach, and other enemies of democracy.
Purging dead people and people who've moved is something the left disapproves of? I personally think it's a great idea, as it increases voter confidence in election integrity. Election integrity is important, so that people who vote can feel confident their votes is being counted and makes a difference/has an impact on who is elected. This is something that is required that is not being done, that's why people and orgs like Judicial Watch have to get involved and expose gov failure and force the issue.
