Right on the money. Discourse cannot happen when one or more parties are coming from a place of fear, or preservation of power. Civil discourse must happen for progress to happen.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
