Are you using MailChimp and wondering how to be compliant with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)? This post will show you how to detect fraudulent users so that you’re in compliance with TCPA.

The first step is setting up a form to collect name, email, and telephone number in MailChimp. Goto MailChimp “Audience” then “Form Builder”.

The second step, once inside the “Form Builder” create your form. A basic Name, Email, and Telephone Number is fine.

The third step, go back to the “Signup Forms” and select “Embedded Forms”.

The fourth step, go to “Unstyled” and cut’n’paste the code. Keep in mind you will have to make minor CSS adjustments. Place the code on your landing page. Preferably an HTML template.

The fifth step, open an account with Oxford BioChronometrics and subscribe to SecureLead. Follow instructions from Oxford BioChronometrics on placing the code.

The final step, test your landing page by inputting data into the form. You now have proof that the lead was truly opted in. If you like this post, please share it.
