Bakwan atau orang menyebutnya bala- bala yang sangat digemari seluruh pelosok kota atau desa.

Bala - bala sangat mudah dibuatnya siapun dapat membuatnya dengan campuran terigu dan sayuran toge , kol , daun bawang , ataupun ditambah sesuai selera misalnya tambah telor ,wortel.

Dan bakwan ini bisa dihidangkan kapan saja makin enak kalau sambil makan sama cabe.
