Since I love food a lot as can be seen from all my food photos, I was really excited when I first saw this video that was sent to me by my relatives in Malaysia.
I cannot imagine how generous this stall can be, charging only RGT18.00 for such a huge big bowl of Curry Mee ( Curry Noodle). This stall is located in Kuala Lumpur, in West Malaysia and the Restaurant name is Coca Seafood restaurant. From the video one can really see how huge and big this bowl of Curry Mee and the amount of ingredients this comes with it. It consisted of Char Siew, Roast Pork, Fish Balls, Fried Wan Tan, Cockles, Chicken Curry, Long Beans, fried Bean Curd and topped with lard.
Just the thought of eating this makes me so so Happy and of course Smiling to myself. Being in Australia, I missed especially the Lard (crispy) and the fresh Cockles. I cannot find fresh cockles here and mostly just mussels which is different.
I hope this stall can stay afloat if they are charging only RM$18.00 per bowl which after converting is A$6.00. It can feed at least 3 people based on the amount of food. For smaller eater, maybe 5 people.
I am sure there are many people 'Smiling' now just looking at the video.
I will be keeping their address so that when I am next back to KL, I will surely visit them. Not once but a couple of times to enjoy it. Wondering if they will top up the gravy as well....can eat with Roti..then can feed 7 to 8 people...joking.
I hope you all enjoy this as much as I am dreaming about this dish.
