I have seen so many ways to use croissants on Pinterest and Instagram. I felt inspired to compose use of them.
I took leftover pork tamale filling and stacked it with cheese on the croissant. Now I did have to press the larger end of the croissants out a little so the filling would fit. Then roll them up like a ball. Since I used a toaster oven, I had rotate them and add time.
