Formal Governance

Formal governance meeting simulates on-chain proposals. Proposals need to be clearly stated, debated, and generally agreed to prior to the meeting. Once a proposal has gone through these three checks it can be brought up in the formal governance meeting for finalization. MKR Sale to Fund Operations (proposal)

• Service providers accepting MKR as payment:
• Need to decide how to sell the required MKR
• Rune will have a direct offer to the governance meeting next week after doing his own private sales on Maker Market

Dev Bonus

• Need consensus on whether to vest and under what terms to do so
• Consensus reached: no need to vest. Multisig will directly payout MKR

• Zandy added MKR activity aggregator to maker-model

• Rain worked on security for Maker Market contracts

Security Audit

• Peter has audited each individual component and is now working on gaining holistic understanding of the system.
