Kokie Cosmetics One Brand Tutorial

Hello and Happy Tuesday to you all!!

How was your Easter? Ours was perfectly chaotic and for us it was perfectly, perfect!! We had tons of family at our home and lots of fun together. Today is Caleb's first day back to school after the Easter holiday, he got out of school at noon on Holy Thursday, all day on Good Friday, the weekend of Easter and then once again on Easter Monday. After a four and a half day weekend, needless to say, we were dragging a little this morning from all the off time we had. But we are back to full schedule now and ready to roll!!

So today I did a look using all of the Kokie Cosmetics I had previously picked up from Walmart. If you are not familiar with Kokie, they are a cruelty free brand that is found in Walmart and online at kokiecosmetics.com. They were born and raised in the state of Maryland and were started in year 2015. This is my first adventure with the brand, and I purchased and paid for everything with my own money, they did not send nor are paying me for reviews.

Anyways, here's the look I came up with...

And Caleb wanted to get into the picture to say "hi" also...

So I promised him I'd get his sweet little face some exposure. :)

Ok, enough chatter let's get into the tutorial.
Now, when you see the eyeshadow pallet it looks like charcoal grays and taupes, but don't be deceived...they are more taupey purples and eggplant colors. The purple really shows up on the eyes.

Alrighty, and below are the products I used on my face today.

1. Blush Pallet in Demure - I used the middle shade
2. Cushion Foundation in 30W
3. Eyebrow Powder / Wax Kit in Brunette
4. Double Ended Liner in Black
5. Volumizing Mascara in Black
6. Liquid Highlight in Superstar
7. Setting Powder in Translucent
8. Matte Lipstick in Kiss Me
9. Eyeshadow Pallet in Classic Romance

So far it's noon and my makeup is still holding up pretty well. I did not use the brush on the foundation today, I used a wet Real Techniques sponge for application. I will have follow up reviews on all of the products soon but I want to continue testing them out some more to get the best opinion possible, and more tutorials on the products in later posts, but today I wanted to show you my overall look.
