Super Stay Matte Ink by Maybelline

Last week I flew down to Los Angeles for a night to attend the first ever West Coast launch party by Maybelline. Normally they do all their launches in NYC so I knew I had to check this out. It was so much fun! I was able to meet a few bloggers I follow and meet with the Maybelline New York team (who were all super nice) plus I was able to preview all of their new Summer products. They even sent me home with a ton to try out! #pinchme

My favorite was all of the Colorstay Matte Ink. These really stay on all day and are easy to apply. The colors are bold, strong and dry matte. Plus at a retail price under $10 they feel more like a steal than a splurge. My only complaint is they take several minutes to set up and can feel sticky until they fully dry. Once dry they really stay in place and you will need a cleansing balm or makeup remover to get them off.

The night was so much fun and I owe Maybelline New York a big THANK YOU for inviting me!
