I found many qualities to like about the Clinique Fresh Pressed Daily Vitamin C Booster. The packaging keeps the ingredients protected from light and air until you are ready to use. After you push the plunger button under the tin foil you have a week to use it. The serum is a very light liquid that you can easily smooth a couple drops over your skin followed immediately by a moisturizer, or better yet, you can mix it with a light serum or moisturizer and apply the mixture to skin. This absorbs quickly and a little goes a long way.
The Fresh Pressed Booster contains many antioxidants in addition to the 10% vitamin C. Squalane, cucumber, several peptides, caffeine, and salicylic acid are all present in this serum/booster. I love that this is free of fragrance and denatured alcohol which makes this okay for most people with sensitive skin.
The only disadvantage is the price can make this a little expensive, especially if you plan on using this every day. A month long supply runs about $77. Although if you look at other Vitamin C Serums from other "prestige" level brands you will find that this price is comparable, and even cheaper than some other options out there.
