I don't know how much closer to cloning we will come in the months or years ahead, but its a great find anyway. The bones still contain enough genetic material for cloning if we can get to that. What an amazing site it would be to see prehistoric creatures like mammoths roaming in the snow. Giant beasts with huge tusks bigger than the biggest elephants. What better way to study them than in the flesh. What with everything going on with covid hysteria and the economic consequences already being felt I don't know how far this will get, but hopefully someone will be able to cary it forward. Act according to your conscience and pray for a better future.
