‘Don’t see, don’t listen and don’t tell’
It is midnight and I couldn’t sleep, because I would like to give you the message to improve ourselves in the interest of our companies.
As a manager, we should be open for critics and listen to the people, who are not always loving me for my great decisions and success, rather telling the truth and make me awake with critics for my faults now and ongoing faults in the future.
We notice often in the news about mismanagement of the companies and totally wrong decisions, which followed by losing images or sometimes getting bankrupt of the companies.
Why?
Because, we forgot to listen, to see and to tell our opinion. I think, we forgot to communicate in a proper way as human and using too much our prejudice for our decisions.
