The Effective executive behavior that I have learned....recommending a must read book

Most of them might already read about this book......but still

I am delighted to share one of the book I have read multiple time , " The Effective Executive", It is required reading in a large number of worldwide enterprises—big ones and small ones—both for people promoted to their first executive position and for people promoted to higher executive jobs but it is not restricted to executives but also to each individual level how can we be effective in our execution .
Author mentions about the below statement and it relates to every walk of life " For the need to learn to be an effective executive still remains. An effective executive is not “talent,” let alone “genius.” The effective executive fol-lows practices that can be learned and must be learned. It is increasingly difficult to be effective as an executive in all organizations of our diverse society and not in businesses alone. It is equally necessary for the fulfillment of the individual and for the performance of the organization" This statement feels very important in the open society and the kind of freedom we have , effective execution in all aspect is very important as responsible citizen of the universe.

It is a practical guide to manage oneself for better performance , achievement and create ones own brand value inside and outside the organizations.
