The centre-back was left out of Athletic Bilbao's squad against Eibar in La Liga .The medical is dated to take place on Monday . This move would strengthen Mancity in defense . This move came to reality after mancity lost it's first game in PL this season to Livertpool due to defense fiasco. Mancity lost to Liverpool by 4-3 .
Laporte is set to join a Mancity side, Mancity is leading the race for the Premier League title. Pep Guardiola's coached team Mancity 12 points ahead ofthe closest rival Manchester United . Only 14 games are remaining this season .
