To begin with, while manifesting is all about making your dreams come true, it does take proactive actions toward whatever it is you want, so don't expect it to happen overnight or while you sleep. However, we believe it is a small price to pay for something that might have such a big impact on your life:
"You control a lot by your thoughts, and we control a lot by our united thoughts...by what I [and we] think," Oprah told LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner in 2015. "I became more cautious about what I thought and what I asked for once I realized it for myself," she said. "I wondered aloud, 'What else can I do?'" "Is there anything else I can manifest?" I know it works because I've seen it before. It has happened to me on several occasions."
Do you want to experiment with manifestation? Experts propose taking the following actions to manifest all you desire, including money and love.
Let's stand back for a moment. What is manifestation, exactly?
Manifestation is the process of bringing something substantial into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. it will happen if you believe it. Manifestation, on the other hand, is more than just effort and good thinking. "Manifesting" is defined by Angelina Lombardo, author of A Spiritual Entrepreneur, as "creating what you desire to feel and experience a reality... through your ideas, actions, beliefs, and emotions."
Before you start manifesting, make a list of your objectives.
While everyone approaches manifestation in their own way, Lombardo believes that most people follow the same basic principles. First and foremost, and perhaps most importantly, you must know precisely what you want. "You are the only one who dreams your dreams," she says, whether it's about finding a new partner and having a nice relationship or getting a better job.

Whatever you intend to do, one thing is critical: be as clear as possible about your goal. "The clearer and more concise the better," explains Lombardo. Create a thorough idea of who that person would be (think: qualities, attributes, values, etc.) instead of simply saying, "I want to meet my soul mate."
After you've set your intention—and written it down—ask for what you desire.
Once you've identified your objectives, dreams, and goals, you need to ask the universe for what you want. Prayer, meditation, visualization, expressing your objectives out loud, building a vision board, and/or creating a "future box," which is a container filled with photos of products you intend to manifest, are all examples of how to do this.
You might also write your intention down on a piece of paper. If you've ever used TikTok, you're certainly familiar with the 369 method, which entails jotting down your wishes in the order shown below: Writing a letter to the cosmos three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night for 33 or 45 days can be as simple as that.
After that, start to work on reaching your goals.
"Because it's a collaboration between you and the Universe, manifesting is also known as co-creating," says Gabrielle Bernstein, author of Super Attractor and The Universe Has Your Back. Which is why knowing what you want is only half the battle—you won't see any results unless you take action. Set aside some time to think about what steps you can take on your own to attain your goals, and then include them into your regular routine. If you want to make a major career change, start networking with people in your new sector and prepare for a job interview, for example.

"Thinking about what your future self would be thinking is another way to be 'in action' when manifesting." Lombardo clarifies. What is the rationale for this? Reframing your beliefs can (and will) assist you in achieving your goals. "Assisting you in becoming that person is 'becoming' the person who already has, does, and feels your ambitions, dreams, and desires," Lombardo continues.
The second level is to recognize and be appreciative of what you have.
Even if you don't get everything you want in the order or timeframe you want, you should embrace and value what you do get, no matter how big or small. Lombardo believes that gratitude is crucial.
To aid you in this, consider keeping a gratitude journal. Spend five to ten minutes before sleep jotting down a few things you're grateful for, as well as anything that happened that day that helped you come closer to your goal. Perhaps you want to save enough money for retirement and receive a call from your cable provider about lowering your monthly fee, or you listen to an informative podcast that inspires you to start a money-making side job.
Also, release any resistance or limiting notions you may have.
