Manoa Falls hike

Aloha Steemians!

My third and final video test of the day; I promise, is at Manoa Falls in Manoa Valley. This short and sweet hike is great for the whole family as it is only about two miles long but can seem longer if you are slipping and slidding during the rainy season. But the scenery is absolutely beautiful as you hike to your destination.

Here are a few photos as you go about the trail toward the falls and a very short video of the falls. Please enjoy!

At the very entrance of the trail, a jurassic park scenery awaits you. Look at the lush greenery of tall trees envelopes by long large leaves vines. So off the beaten path.

And just like that! You’re out of Jurassic park and then straight into the bamboo forest somewhere in Asia. How cool is that!!!

As you are further into the trail, if it’s humid and wet, these slippery stone steps are here to greet you. Are you wearing the right types of shoes for the occasion? I noticed lots of slippers and lots of peeps with mud stains on their precious buttoms.

Voila!!! As all of us are eager to reach the finally destination, here is a very short video of a waterfall that is over taken by visitors.

Personally, I think the views/scenery as a whole is absolutely gorgeous compared to the final destination of a water fall. But don’t take my word for it. one day you will be here to share my thoughts and breathe in the island air as I do.

Since this post had both pictures and video, I’d like to know if the video is helpful with visual demonstration without me going into too much details. I’d really love to know what you think of this approach.

And until we meet again, have a wonderful day.

Aloha!
