Since Sir Alex Ferguson retired from managing Manchester United in 2012 the team has yet to win the Premier League, gone through David Moyes, Van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and now find themselves with the "baby faced assassin" Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer. After a toxic affair with Mr Mourinho, in which most prized assets Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial were jettisoned and could of been heading to the exit doors, the club needed a motivator, a personal touch, a man that knew what the "Manchester United Way" was, who on many occasions was on the bench watch the game within ear shot of Sir Alex. What he brought was a rejuvenated team, now with more expression a want to win for their new manager. After a amazing run of wins, Solsjkaer was rewarded with the role on a 3 year basis. Fast forward a 3rd place finish, 3 semi finals last season, and then this season a Europa League final, second place in the Premier League all but secured. Can he go one place forward in the next three years? He has an exciting array of talent who will start to come through in that time along with Mason Greenwood and Rashford, the likes of Hanibal Mejbri, Shola Shoretire, Amad Diallo, Joe Hugill the list goes on...
