Token Precision
I have noticed some people trying to buy fractions of a token and then being perplexed as to why the transaction created an error. Perhaps Steem Engine should add some enlightening information to their error messages so that users can adjust their behaviour. This has given me the opportunity to change the token precision so that it is now to 2 decimal places.
However, the upvotes given to staked MAPX holders will remain at 0.1% per whole token. So, whether you hold 8.00 tokens or 8.88 tokens you will still get an upvote of 0.8%. Because we have no control on the precision of the actual token price, you may find you have bought slightly too much or too little. If it is just below a whole number, you can always go back to the market and buy whatever fraction you need.

As Steem Engine allows a token to be sent ready-staked, I shall do so from now on. It saves both parties time and I can update the upvoter at the same time. If anybody wishes to unstake their token, it only takes 2 days to do so.
And just a reminder that if you converted STEEM into MAPX tokens, you would get upvotes currently worth much more than what you would receive by just powering up that STEEM into SP. One vote is worth some 33x the equivalent SP; over a day that still comes to 3.3x or about 70% APR! If you then also add the rewards coming in, we are looking at something like 88% APR!
And every token is backed by SP making its value stable compared to STEEM.
